Everything Is Better With Friends

It is important to keep moving whatever one’s age.
Great friends, Joyce and Jane are having such fun during a session of Move and Sway. We were led through some more formal style exercises and stretches to wonderful music. This got our blood flowing and heart rates up.
We then brought out the scarves, turned up the volume, had fun and let loose!
I have a sneaky suspicion that most calories were burnt through laughter, which could be heard all down the corridor. Is there anything better? Exercise for the body and soul.
