Scrabble Showdown

Scrabble is not for the faint hearted at Newstone House! 

Our games are always fiercely contested, and the Scrabble dictionary is well thumbed. 

Wendy and Sylvia joined Barbara in our first- floor retreat for a game on Tuesday afternoon. Unsurprisingly, standards were high, and the game was narrowly won by Barbara. 

If you are ever looking to improve your vocabulary, then Newstone is the place to be. Be ready to bring your A-game (though the letter Q will get you more points)!
