What a Hoot!

Every single person at Newstone House fell in love during a visit from three feathered friends!

Dusty, Gizmo, and Woody—an Asian brown wood owl pictured here with Pat—were the stars of the day. Everyone had the chance to get up close to the owls, and who could resist stroking that soft, feathered belly?

Residents were captivated by the owls’ unique colourings and those mesmerising big eyes. Fun fact: most of an owl’s skull is actually taken up by its eyes!
