Talking care

At Colten Care we know that the initial thought of a care home can be daunting, our Home Managers and Care Advisors are here to help you wherever you or your loved one may be in the journey towards care.  We have developed various pieces of information, which we think might be useful when researching residential care.  Most of these documents can be downloaded from this page but printed versions can be collected from any of our care home receptions or requested by emailing

Often it's preferable to speak to someone face-to-face to discuss your own personal situation.  Our homes are always happy and willing to meet you and answer any questions you might have.

Below is some information that we think might be useful.  Please click the links to download the documents.
