A Wish Come True

During the same week as World Ocean’s Day and World Environment Day, Dr. Robert “Bob” Morris had a wish come true.

Bob had expressed his desire to visit the Oceanarium, and on Tuesday, June 6th, his wish was fulfilled, coinciding with World Ocean’s Day. Bob had a delightful time exploring the Oceanarium, sharing his knowledge about sharks, clownfish, and seahorses. Companionship Team Member, Melissa, asked if he had ever swum with sharks, Bob proudly replied, “Yes, even with Great White sharks in Australia!” He also mentioned that Reef Sharks like the Black Tip are harmless, unlike the Great White.

Bob eagerly absorbed the information displayed throughout the Oceanarium, reading all the interesting facts. The Oceanarium Manager, Justin, warmly greeted Bob and wished him a fantastic visit, which Bob indeed had. “That was a great day!” he exclaimed with joy. Resident Maurice, who joined us on this adventure, also expressed appreciation for the wonders of nature we witnessed.
