Autumnal Crafting Fun

Celebrating World Art Day! 

With the seasons changing, we decided autumn would be the perfect theme to get us all inspired. 

Residents helped collect leaves that had fallen from the trees in our garden. To help preserve them, we painted a layer of glue over them: this helps the leaves keep their colour for a bit longer.  

Next was where the fun started! Residents created ants and ladybugs out of the bigger leaves. Meanwhile, Valerie opted to create a tree out of some of the smaller leaves. 

Terry said that he’d had, “Such a fun morning!”
