Blooming Lovely!

Shelia’s daughter Leslie, kindly bought in a stunning assortment of autumn flowers from her garden for the residents.

Phyllis used to be a florist, so she set about directing us to be her assistants.  “Share them out and arrange them neatly”, she said, “Make sure each one has a pop of colour”. There were so many flowers we managed to fill ten vases! Phyllis was very happy with our efforts and said we would do better next time with practice. After placing them around the home, Shelia chose three vases to keep in her room, saying they smelled so beautiful. Such a delightful gift and activity.
