Bongo Bonanza

We had another fun day full of musical moments here at The Aldbury.

Companion David organised a bongos drumming session out for residents. And it’s safe to say the session was a hit – one resident, Terry, suggested: “We should definitely get more bongos drums so we can do this more often!”

We also had fun shaking maracas, bashing tambourines, tapping on the xylophones, and using the drumsticks to make lots of different percussion sounds. Staff also joined in and showcased their dancing moves.

The session went on a lot longer than expected, due to residents and staff requesting ‘One More!’ repeatedly.
