Football Fun in the Sun

Residents had fun playing football in the spring sunshine today.

With sunscreen on and tactical talks done, it was time to get out on “the training pitch.”

We enjoyed some morning stretches and a long walk to warm us up. Then, it was time to take position in front of the summer house in the lovely sunshine.

Tony and Eugene both scored goals – kicking the ball past Companion David. But all the residents controlled the ball beautifully and even our new gardener, Lesley, took part too!
