Happy Birthday To You!

Our resident Marion turned 70 today! 

She started her big day with birthday greetings from staff and residents. Relatives surprised her with a birthday celebration in her room, filled with balloons, flowers, chocolates, and a birthday banner. The celebration continued in the afternoon with entertainer and Pianist Caroline Pugh. She played some of Marion’s favourite songs including ”She’ll Be Coming Round The Mountain” and some of Barbara Streisand’s top hits. Marion really appreciated all the songs, commenting “That’s very nice”, “Beautiful”, and “I really liked that one”. She also giggled when she saw Companion Melissa dancing with the twirling ribbon! Happy 70th Birthday to our wonderful Marion! May this Birthday bring you all the happiness you deserve.
