New Years Eve

We started the last day of the year with a good morning greeting, followed by meditation and expressions exercises.

 At the beginning of the session, we talked about New Year’s Eve and how we were feeling about tomorrow’s New Year’s Day. Jean Hands said she was feeling a little apprehensive before we started our meditation activity but at the end of the session, she said she felt relaxed and well-stretched. Meditation and mindfulness activities are great ways to reduce stress and anxiety, loosening the limbs.  After this, we were very excited about tonight’s New Year’s Eve Rock & Roll Party
