On Wednesday afternoon, residents at Wellington Grange enjoyed an afternoon of bread tasting using butters we had hand-made in the morning. Residents enjoyed ciabatta, sourdough, cherry and muesli, walnut and rosemary focaccia breads accompanied with garlic butter, parsley butter, chilli butter and salted butter. The firm favourite was the walnut bread with the home made salted butter. The garlic was a bit too garlicky! Residents enjoyed the light tasting before dinner.
