A Clinical Lead leads the nursing and care teams to ensure consistently high standards of nursing care in our homes. Leadership in nursing is all about enabling your fellow professionals to apply their skills and empathy to improve clinical outcomes.

Becoming a Clinical Lead
If you are an experienced Senior Nurse with sound clinical expertise and knowledge, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high quality care, our Clinical Lead role is the next step for you.
To be considered for this role, you must already be an RGN or RMN and possess previous experience in leading teams. This is an excellent opportunity for you to progress your career and take on new challenges, while also receiving the support and recognition you deserve.

As a Clinical Lead, you have the opportunity to progress to a registered Home Manager role or specialise in clinical leadership or quality-based positions.
