Meet Priya

Priya originally trained as a Nurse in India, and therefore needed to complete an adaptation programme to be able to nurse in the UK. She was able to do this with support from Colten Care.

Once she’d completed the adaptation programme, Priya remained with Colten Care as a bank nurse, whilst continuing to gain invaluable experience working on an acute medical ward at Lymington Hospital.

In 2015, Priya became the Clinical Lead at Colten Care’s Belmore Lodge care home in Lymington, before she was promoted to the Senior Clinical Lead position at Linden House dementia care home, also in Lymington.
