A Perfect Sunday Afternoon…

Everyone agreed it had been a very relaxing afternoon.

After doing some reading, we gathered for a game of boules.

The match was a friendly one, with the green and the red team, players seated alternately, which added to the sense of camaraderie, as residents cheered each other on and enjoyed the informal game.

Normally the red team wins, regardless of who is playing, but on this occasion, yes, it was a rare win for the green team, with a final 10-7 score.

To finish the afternoon, there were two final ‘trick’ rounds where everyone bowled at the same time – what a lovely afternoon!
