Dining Room Re-opening

After a much anticipated wait, residents were welcomed into their new dining room for supper.

Bourne View have recently had building work completed to extend the Hepburn dining area, and create a more snug atmosphere in our Bistro. We have spent the last five weeks looking through the cracks in the doors, and watching the builders carrying various materials and machines into the room, there has been lots of interesting smells too.

Much to our surprise and ahead of schedule we were welcomed into our new dining area, and we were not disappointed! Wow! We have beautiful new flooring, outlined carpeted centres, finished off with spacious tables and place settings. Beautiful new glass ball light fixtures hanging above, new art work hanging on the walls, and the Bistro proudly homes new fashionable chairs too.

Our residents have commented on how much space they have made, and how modern and classic our new wood panelled island around the pillar is. We are very excited to host future events with friends and family, but most importantly we are now able to sit in the dining area, with our fellow residents and enjoy a fabulous dining experience.
