Cheesecake Delights

We had a fun morning recently making individual ‘Cherry Cheesecakes.’

We started by gathering all our ingredients together. Anne took on the challenge to make the biscuit base and while crumbling biscuits we melted some butter to add. “The cheesecake filling smells yummy” explained Gwen, while she was mixing the topping.

As a collective we had discussions on how much biscuit base was the perfect amount, as we all liked different bases, so we decided on a variety to suit everyone.

Once assembled we added the cherry topping. “Perfect, it’s got the seal of approval from me!” exclaimed Bob.

Once chilled we all enjoyed some cheesecake on the evening dessert trolley.
