Lots of smiles with an afternoon of singing!

We had Alan Brown join us, a local singer. This was not his first visit, and he is always popular with the residents, singing a selection of swing, musicals, and classic songs.

Alan got everyone laughing and joining in, residents were singing and dancing in their seats. It was such a happy afternoon with smiles on everyone’s faces.

We had a surprise finish when one of the carers, Emily, put in a request for ‘Sweet Caroline’. Emily and Alan ended up finishing the activity with a duet, that everyone thoroughly enjoyed, ending the afternoon on a real high!
