Supporting the team and residents at Braemar Lodge is such an enjoyable role. I have worked at this home since it opened in 2007 and have supported many families with difficult care decisions. So if you’re finding it hard to take those first steps, then I’m here to help you.

Zodwa Lukhele – Clinical Lead

I have the pleasure and responsibility of leading our team of registered nurses and carers to meet the individual needs of each resident. I’m here to ensure the delivery of consistently high levels of clinical care, and I am always willing to answer any questions you may have.

Nurses

Our Nurses care for many complex conditions so that residents who would otherwise have been referred to a hospital-type setting can continue to enjoy all their home comforts.

Carers

Our Carers play an essential role providing personal care, assisting residents to lead a fulfilled life. and make a meaningful difference to their health and wellbeing every day

Companionship Team

Our Activities Coordinators lead a wide variety of social events and create a stimulating, entertaining and therapeutic environment for our residents.

Customer Advisor

The Customer Advisor is responsible for helping manage enquiries into the home, conducting show arounds and ensuring a new resident’s arrival runs smoothly.

Home Administrator

The Home Administrator manages clerical and daily administrative tasks in support of the Home Manager. They will often liaise with family and friends on behalf of residents.

Gardener

Our Gardener brings expertise in designing and maintaining gardens that are both calming and revitalising, with plenty of visual and sensory interest.

Chef

Using only the best quality ingredients, sourcing them wherever possible from local suppliers, our Chefs create meals that are not only nutritional and well balanced, but beautifully presented and well thought out.

Catering

Our catering team delivers an exceptional service and first-class dining experience to our residents.

Housekeeping & Laundry Team

Maintaining a safe, clean and well looked after home creating an environment where our residents can feel safe and reassured knowing that they will be taken care of each and every day.

Maintenance Team

Our maintenance team provides practical help, support, advice and reactive repairs, helping maintain safe, reliable facilities that are essential to our residents’ individual well-being.

Central Support

Colten Care has a large central Support Centre in Ringwood, Hampshire, providing invaluable support to the Braemar Lodge team in many ways, from clinical expertise to additional maintenance.
