Interactive Story Telling for World Theatre Day

To celebrate World Theatre Day our residents enjoyed a spot of acting.

We were given one line each, an action and a hat which represented the character we were playing.

Everyone joined in with acting out one of the stories read by Companion Sara.

Once the initial nerves faded many gave their character an accent and put real feeling into their performance.

The hats were a great help to get us into character, and by the end everyone was laughing and joining in.

It was a great new activity, and we will definitely do it again, and we have now found out we have so much talent in Abbey View!
