Gardening Club

This afternoon we got together for Gardening Club.

Unfortunately, the weather still is not fine enough to sit in the garden, so we sat and discussed our plans for the season.

We are keen to replant one of the beds in the garden that is currently dedicated to vegetables and make it our “Chelsea Show Garden.”

We talked about the plants we would use and how we would lay it out by sketching some rough plans.

We also discussed hanging baskets which will form part of the Produce Show.

We finished our afternoon by potting up some seedlings that we planted a few weeks ago and planting some more seeds that we can use for the new flower bed.

Rosemary suggested that we take a trip to a garden centre soon to select a few bedding plants.
