WITH GLOOMY SKIES AND RAIN FORECAST, WE DECIDED TO HOLD A GARDENING SEASON INSIDE THE HOME.

Our residents enjoy looking through garden magazines to try and gather new gardening ideas, and we spotted some lovely low pots decorated for table decorations that we thought would look great in the garden.

Everyone taking part in the gardening session was given a pot and they chose the succulents that they wanted to put in their pots. Molly’s pot stood out in the group and we all agreed that she had the greenest fingers in the group.

It was a wonderful afternoon of creativity and hard work, and we definitely earned some tea and cake that followed. All in all, we had managed to re-pot around thirty plants that will be sold at our National Gardening Scheme event.
