Meet Laura

Laura has had a remarkable career journey with Colten Care since joining in 2002 as a Healthcare Assistant at Belmore Lodge. After gaining valuable experience in the healthcare industry, she briefly explored other avenues before returning in 2009 as a Receptionist at Kingfishers in New Milton

It was during this time that Laura discovered her passion for helping families navigate their care journey and quickly progressed to Head Office, thanks to her understanding of what families value in care.

Laura’s dedication and exceptional work ethic didn’t go unnoticed, and in 2010, she joined the new home Commissions and Training Team, where she worked for a year before being handpicked to become a key member of the newly-formed internal Marketing Department. With her commitment to the job and exceptional marketing skills, she climbed the ladder of success and was eventually promoted to Senior Marketing and Events Manager.

Laura’s success story at Colten Care is a testament to the company’s culture of promoting from within and providing employees with opportunities for career progression.
