Court Lodge is located in the stunning Georgian market town of Lymington, just minutes from the centre. Residents love being close to the coast, marinas and the beautiful New Forest National Park.

Court Lodge offers a haven of quiet seclusion in a leafy, residential area. Built around an older house, it seamlessly blends modern touches along with a traditional and classical charm.
Tranquil Gardens
This cosy outdoor space has many interest to be found. Residents can sit next to the pond with the wisteria dancing in the breeze, or relax in the fragrant garden and take in all the smells it has to offer.
Welcoming Reception
The hub of our community, always busy with conversation, laughter and the comings and goings of a vibrant home. Warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating and friendly staff ready to assist residents and visitors.
Manager’s Office
When our Home Manager is not out on the floor talking to residents and supporting the staff team, they can be found in their office doing what it takes to run a happy, safe and secure home.
Nurses Station
We provide the reassurance of Registered Nursing on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the first floor of our home having a dedicated Nurses Station.
Professional Kitchen
We have a state-of-the-art professional kitchen at Court Lodge, where our Chef and the catering team work together to serve wholesome, well-balanced meals to delight our residents.
Elegant Dining Room
Savour delicious meals in our lovely dining room that can comfortably seat residents for breakfast, lunch across two sittings, and dinner. Make lasting memories over a meal, surrounded by sophisticated style.
Cosy Lounge
Unwind in a cosy, inviting atmosphere where you can catch up with loved ones, delve into a good book, or simply relax in peace. Experience the perfect balance of socialising and solitude in a warm and welcoming space.
Purposeful Walk
We have a lovely walk along a wheelchair friendly path that leads from one corner of our garden, around the adjacent cottages, to the opposite corner. It’s loved and used daily by many residents.
Luxurious Salon
One of our most popular facilities is the Hair Salon, which residents can use as they wish to make themselves feel special. Appointments can be booked at Reception for an additional charge.
Adapted Minibus
We have access to a modern, well-equipped minibus with a professional drivers. They liaise with residents to understand their preferences and provide access through half-day or full-day trips.

All rooms include en-suite toilet facilities, with options for garden views, easy access to the outdoors, or quiet corners overlooking our leafy surroundings.

Our Garden
This cosy outdoor space has many interests to be found. Residents can sit next to the pond with the wisteria dancing in the breeze, or relax in the fragrant garden and take in all the smells it has to offer. Maybe look upon it all from the raised patio area and enjoy your lunch. With garden clubs to help keep those green fingers flexed, you can walk around to see your handy work flourish in the raised planting areas designed with resident interaction in mind.
We recognise many of our residents had such gardens themselves, and gardening may have been a special pastime for them. We offer residents of Court Lodge the opportunity to continue that pastime in whatever way they feel appropriate.
