Scrabble Club

Today the wonderful wordsmiths of Whitecliffe met for a rousing game of Scrabble.

Competition was as hot as ever and after Lorraine scored thirty points on her first word, everyone else was eager to try harder to get a better word!

Smiles were plentiful as well as some helpful tips shared among the group to ensure that all had fun and were playing the best game they could.

There were some enquiries from onlookers towards the end of the game, and after a bit of conversation and explaining how the game works, it is safe to say that the Scrabble club will have a few new members at the next meeting.
