A Trip to Istanbul

Today our Residents enjoyed taking a visual journey through time and culture.

John and Helene who are relatives of a resident kindly gave up their time to show them the beauty of Istanbul.

Residents enjoyed listening to John and looking at the photos projected onto a large screen of the intricate designs of the Blue Mosque, the bustling markets of the Grand Bazaar and many other photos that captured a piece of the cities rich history and the fusion of East and West.

They finished off the afternoon with a question and answer session whilst enjoying some Turkish Delight
