Plant a seed, Grow a Flower

Garden Club is always very popular and we can’t wait until we are able to use the garden again when the weather permits. 

In the meantime, we use the beautiful Badger’s Den, which was a hive of activity. Woodpeckers garden in the summer is always full of colour every year, this year is going to be no exception.

The residents have a say in what flowers they would like to see in the garden, with Chris the Gardener’s support we try and plant them all.

This week we are planting Sweet Peas, Holly Hocks, Dahlia’s, and Black-Eyed Peas, which then go into our Greenhouse to get them started.
