Woodpeckers Warblers

30 April 2024

This afternoon, the sun was shining, and our Woodpeckers Warblers took to the garden with our performing Arts partner Fiona to practice their singing in preparation for an upcoming event in the local community.

Singing and performing at events can have a profound impact on the wellbeing of our residents.

When they come together to share their voices and talents, it creates a sense of unity and belonging. Their morale is boosted, and they feel valued as they make a positive contribution.

We all know that the act of singing itself releases endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals, which is so good for our mental wellbeing.

These benefits extend beyond mere entertainment; they nurture the community’s heart and soul, promoting holistic wellbeing. Who knew singing could be so good for you!?
