Hollywood Bowls

Ron requested to go bowling and a trip to McDonald’s for his wish. Joining Ron were fellow residents John and Lesley.

The trio visited the Hollywood Bowl in Bournemouth, supported by Senior Nurse Kim, activity companion Karen, and minibus driver Dave.

The group enjoyed their games, with Ron even getting a strike! Ron said he was taken back to memories of bowling when he was younger. The team created a supportive, fun atmosphere, allowing for an entertaining afternoon. The McDonald’s went down well, with half a lager to follow.

Overall, a great afternoon was had. Ron stated he had a great time, and he returned home and shared his experience with other residents.
