He then spent the next 10 minutes telling me what a decent chap you are and how wonderful Avon Reach had been. He doesn’t really like his new home and he thinks the whole place is a complete “shambles” and nothing they do is a patch on how things were in Mudeford! It’s a transition and I’m sure he will eventually settle in. The staff seem lovely and the home is new so it’s all very good. But it doesn’t have the warm touch and social buzz that Avon Reach had and I’m sure that will take time. Thanks for everything you all did for him, we are very appreciative and grateful.”
