Events at Fernhill

We enjoy welcoming friends, families and the wider community into our home, creating a varied programme of events that brings people together and adds richness to everyday life. From seasonal celebrations to smaller, thoughtful gatherings, each occasion is open to all who wish to join.

Community Choir

Date: the first Tuesday of each month
Time: 2pm
Location: Fernhill Dementia Care Home in Longham

Join us on the first Tuesday of every month at 2pm for a safe and supportive environment where you can enjoy music-based activities, in partnership with PramaLife.

 

Business Breakfast Club

Date: Thursday 25th June
Time: 8am-9.30am
Location: our sister home, Amberwood House Care Home in Ferndown

Begin your day with our Business Breakfast Club — meet like-minded professionals, share ideas, explore opportunities, and enjoy fresh coffee and pastries.

Summer Fete

Date: Saturday 27th June
Time: 1.30pm-3.30pm
Location: Fernhill Dementia Care Home in Longham

Join us for a nostalgic Summer Fête with traditional games, and live entertainment from Nigel Reville (2pm–3pm).

Plus, enjoy our Bikers’ BBQ, meet the owners and view bikes from Top Hat Riders’ Harley-Davidsons and The Grumpy Grandads’ mopeds, with Pimm’s and cupcakes available.

All proceeds will go to Highmead Farm.
