Impromptu walk to the garden centre

Anyone for Haskins Garden Centre?

As the weather was okay, we decided to make the most of it! As Fernhill is within walking distance of Haskins Garden Centre, we thought it would be good for a few of us to take a walk over to have a look at all the Spring flowers.

We enjoyed looking around at all the plants and flowers outdoors and the different ornaments and clothes inside the garden centre too.

Anne and June had a good old chat discussing which of these flowers would look nice in our garden at Fernhill.

Once they had finished looking around the garden centre, we went along to the café for a hot drink and a big piece of cake, which we really did enjoy!

We all agreed we’d had a lovely impromptu afternoon out!
