Watching The Ducks Bathe In The Sunshine

On this beautiful sunny Spring day, the minibus took us for a scenic drive through Broadstone and Talbot Woods.

Rosemary commented on how beautiful the houses were, very individually designed and grand.

Janette loved all the surrounding woodland areas with bluebells peaking through. We decided to stop off at Coy Pond and had a cuppa watching the ducks bathe in the sunshine.

Kiki and Rosemary decided they would like to feed the ducks but ended up giving most of the seed mix to the pigeons.

We laughed how Kiki reminded us of the scene in Mary Poppins, of the lady who fed the pigeons at St Paul’s.

We all agreed what a lovely trip out we had and how we are looking forward to many more sunny Spring days to come.
