Resident Annie Playing The Piano

Laura wanted to do something special to lift Annie’s spirits, and Annie chose to play the piano.

Together, Laura and Annie made their way to our music room, where they sat side by side at the piano and let the music fill the air.

Despite Annie’s challenges with her eyesight, she played some truly beautiful chords, and together they even composed a song titled “Heart’s Desire,” a name chosen by Annie herself.

The joy and creativity flowed as they made music together, and Annie couldn’t help but smile as they finished.

To ensure that Annie can continue to enjoy playing the piano whenever she desires, Laura has thoughtfully arranged for a small keyboard to be placed in Meads lounge, where Annie can access it at any time.

It’s moments like these that truly make our community special, where kindness and creativity come together to bring smiles and joy to all.
