Sue’s Wish Came True

Residents were asked about their wishes, and Sue expressed her desire to visit an aquarium.

We decided to make Sue’s wish a reality by taking her to the Blue Reef Aquarium in Southsea on a sunny day.

The visit was delightful as we began by admiring the astonishing stingrays that greeted us at the entrance.

The residents, including Olwen, were captivated by the stingrays, with Olwen exclaiming, ‘Look, it’s smiling at me!’ when one passed by and displayed its underbelly.

Sue was particularly smitten with the clown fish, reminiscent of Nemo, due to their vibrant colours. To cherish this special experience, Sue was even gifted a lovely clown fish teddy to take home as a memento of her dream coming true.

The day concluded with a scrumptious fish and chips lunch by the sea, leaving us all filled with joy and unforgettable memories.
