From the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to care colleagues, hospitality, housekeeping and maintenance, each role contributes to how the home operates day to day. As the Home Manager at The Aldbury, Martin oversees the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents. With a strong focus on delivering the highest standards of dementia care, Martin leads a dedicated team of professionals, working closely with residents and their families to meet individual needs and enhance quality of life.
