Silver Brook Choir

This week we had some guests joining us to take part in our ‘Silver Brook Choir’ session.

We were joined by five residents from one of our sister homes, Bourne View and their Companion Corinne.

We all enjoyed the time together singing along to songs from the Wartime and songs from the King and I, Oliver, and My Fair Lady and so many more.

Diana, one of our residents loves to take on the part of Eliza from My Fair Lady and gave us all a lovely rendition of ‘Wouldn’t it be Lovely.’ She got a rousing round of applause.

The hour ended with some wonderful tea and cake.

There were so many compliments from our guests who hoped to be able to come again soon.
