Care at Brook View is a shared commitment, led with calm confidence by our Home Manager, Abhishek Bagchi, who knows our residents and families well and brings a steady, reassuring presence to daily life.

Alongside him is a close‑knit team who genuinely know each resident. From nurses and carers to our chef, gardener and housekeeping colleagues, everyone plays a part in creating daily comfort, whether it’s a carer remembering how someone takes their tea, or our gardener bringing in the first roses of summer.

Many of our team have been with us for years, offering not only professional expertise but the kind of familiar presence that builds trust, consistency and heartfelt connection.
