We know how important it is for residents to feel truly at home. That’s why our Housekeeping and Laundry teams take time to understand individual preferences, whether it’s how a room is cleaned, or which belongings should remain undisturbed.
With great care and respect, our team maintains a calm, tidy environment, carefully cleaning each resident’s room and en-suite while preserving treasured personal items such as photos and ornaments.
All laundry is handled on-site (excluding dry cleaning), with personal clothing, bed linen, and towels kept clean, fresh, and changed regularly. Clothing is laundered, ironed, folded, and returned to residents’ rooms daily, always with comfort, dignity, and familiarity in mind.
Our Maintenance Team plays a quiet but essential role in ensuring Linden House remains a safe, comfortable, and well-kept home for all who live and work here.
From routine checks to reactive repairs, everything is carried out with care and attention to detail, always with residents’ wellbeing at the forefront. Whether it’s adjusting a light fixture or helping with a wobbly drawer, the team is happy to assist and always approachable.
