Mary’s Tulips

Last year, Mary was kindly given some tulip bulbs for her birthday, they didn’t end up growing well in her room, so Lyn the gardener and Mary decided last autumn they would take a chance to give them a new life in the garden.

They planted them in hopes that this spring we would have some pretty tulips. It was a success!

We now have the most magnificent display of flowers and Mary is so pleased she gets her own mark on the garden.

Mary is proud that they have grown so well in the garden and that she gets to look out of her window every morning and see the tall tulips swaying in the breeze.
